"This is what I've just found in a forgotten box of photographs... A picture taken at Gene's acoustic set at the Ipswich HMV store on 26 January 1996.
They played five songs: "For the Dead", "London, Can You Wait?", "Save Me, I'm Yours", "Still Can't Find the Phone" and the rarely played "Her Fifteen Years".
It was a very cold and snowy day and although I also had a ticket for their Norwich show the same evening, my old 1972 VW Beetle wasn't strong enough to take me to the UEA through the snowstorm.."
